What is included in the event pricing at Blue Sky Vineyard?
Event pricing includes:
Your choice of several ceremony sites
Exclusive access to waterfall and gazebo areas
Exclusive use of the Tuscan Sun Pavilion
Reception room(s)
White chairs for the ceremony
Black chairs for the reception
Tables for reception (buffet, sign-in, gift, etc.)
Private parking lot
Private bar service
Wine glasses for event use
Sparkling wine glasses for the wedding party
One-hour rehearsal (scheduled the day prior with coordinator)
Eight hours of continuous event time
Expertise of our Event Coordinator for planning and day-of coordination
What is not included in the event pricing?
Event pricing does not include:
Food or cake (see our list of approved vendors)
Tableware (plates, napkins, silverware, cups, or non-wine glasses)
Champagne (only glasses for the wedding party are provided)
Alcohol, wine, soda, or soft drinks
Bartender fees ($15/hour per Blue Sky Vineyard bartender, required)
Groom’s dressing room
Winery suites (learn more about suite rentals)
Linens (burgundy or black available for rent)

Flowers or decorations (including extension cords or decorating items)
Tent or “In the Vines” weddings (priced separately)
Do you offer discounts on weddings?
Yes.
Friday events receive 20% off the standard event price.
Events held Sunday through Thursday receive 40% off the standard event price.
Discounts do not apply on legal holidays, holiday eves, or holiday weekends.
Are there discounted rates for off-season weddings?
Yes. Weddings held November 15 – March 15 may qualify for up to 50% off.

Do discounts apply to everything at Blue Sky Vineyard?
No. Discounts only apply to Pavilion and Gazebo rental prices. They do not apply to wine, beer, custom labels, or other items.
Can I rent the Blue Sky Vineyard suites for my wedding party?
Yes. Our on-site winery suites are available for separate rental. Learn more about our suites.
Can I bring my own bartenders?
No. Only Blue Sky Vineyard bartenders may be used, at a fee of $15 per hour per bartender.
